    Andrea brings over 15 years of expertise in leadership development and political skills. She has extensive work experience across big 4 consulting firms, startups, and large enterprises, combined with 10 years of teaching experience.

    She has published in ethics, leadership, and political skills, with her expertise forming the foundation of Pine Perspective's assessment methodology. Her work focuses on political skill as a critical component of leadership effectiveness.

    Andrea is passionate about helping leaders develop authentic influence that creates positive organizational change while maintaining ethical standards.

    Pine Perspective began with a gap we couldn’t ignore: most leadership tools measure style, not influence. They describe preferences—but they don’t show whether you can actually read dynamics, build alliances, and lead with authenticity.

    We set out to change that. Grounded in over a decade of research on political skill and ethical leadership, Pine created the first comprehensive assessment of influence agility.
